WHEAT Book Launch and Awards Ceremony
WHEAT Trust will once again be a significant partner in the 2013 Women’s Arts Festival held at the Artscape Theatre from 7 to 10 August. On Thursday 8 August 2013, WHEAT will be hosting an award ceremony for the grantees in the Western Cape.This ceremony is conducted to celebrate all the work of the women's groups that partner with WHEAT Trust. We are also proud to announce the launch of our first book entitled 'Every Scar Tells a Story' which is a collection of real life survival stories written by some of our grantees. The launch will take place at the Artscape Opera Bar.

Annual Awards Ceremony
On the 10th of August WHEAT Trust will have her Annual Award Ceremony. An award will be given to one of WHEAT Trust's grantees. Shoprite Checkers Women of the Year Award
The Shoprite Checkers Women of the Year Award is coming up. As the 2012 Shoprite Checkers Women of the Year Award nears its judging phase, the winners of 2011 has announced how they are utilizing the funding each received from the Shoprite Group of Companies to enhance their work for a better future in South Africa.
The Shoprite Checkers Women of the Year Award has partnered with us to ensure sustainability by assisting the winners to manage the investment of R100 000 towards their projects.
