To capacitate and enable women's groups/organisations by providing assistance through education, training and technical assistance. Furthermore, to assist formalise CBOs, register them, and develop them to a stage that they can apply for formal funding. This may involve multi-granting over a period of time.

To capacitate grassroots women to develop leadership positions in their communities and in their organisations.

DISCRECTIONARY GRANT
